BeTogether Courtyard is a mall project with retail shops and hotel suites in Rukmani Vihar, marketed under the Omaxe and BeTogether brands and promoted by KSONS Buildwell LLP (UP RERA: UPRERAPRJ180126/04/2024).
Service apartments at Omaxe Eternity 2 start from ₹57.42 Lakh (522 sqft at ₹11,000/sqft). Residential plots start from ₹84 Lakh (one 120 sq.yd plot at ₹70,000/sq.yd). Prices are base sale price only — GST, stamp duty, registration and other charges are extra, and prices are subject to revision by the developer.
The booking or EOI amount is ₹5 Lakh for Eternity 2 plots, ₹3 Lakh for Eternity 2 service apartments, ₹10 Lakh for Eternity 2 duplex villas, and ₹3 Lakh for BeTogether Courtyard retail shops and hotel suites.
All payments go directly to the developer. Saurabh Gupta is an Authorised Partner who shares the price sheet, RERA certificate and floor plans on WhatsApp and arranges site visits. He does not collect any money from buyers.
